CalHHS and California Cradle-to-Career Data System Partner To Bridge Sectors With Connected Data

A new collaboration between the California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS) and the California Cradle-to-Career Data System plans to leverage cross-sector data sharing to integrate data across government programs and provide a deeper understanding of social drivers of health. As more comprehensive insights are gained from this connected data, the partnership acknowledges the need for data to be accompanied by qualitative research and community understanding to ensure that solutions drive meaningful, equitable change in California communities.
