CHCF CalAIM Experiences Regional Survey Reports: Data Sharing Insights Available

The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) released progress reports drawn from a 2024 survey of CalAIM implementers across five regions: Bay Area, Central Coast, Central Valley, Northern California and Southern California. Data exchange findings highlight that while methods vary by region, information is least frequently obtained through health or community information exchange (HIE/CIE) and improvements in completeness, accuracy, and timeliness are needed.
