CalRHT Grant Funding Opportunities

The California Rural Health Transformation (CalRHT) program is opening three grant funding opportunities in July 2026 to support rural health providers and organizations across California. These grant opportunities will focus on:

• Accelerator Partners to strengthen primary and maternity care (Now Open)
• EHR Modernization to support foundational systems for basic data exchange (Available mid-July)
• Workforce Development Recruitment, Retention, and Relocation to strengthen and sustain the rural healthcare workforce (Anticipated by July 31)
